Do you offer a warranty?
We do! Any order comes with a complimentary warranty for the first year of your purchase; You will have the option to get an extended warranty.
Is your warranty comprehensive?
We offer Free finger sizing, fixing the ring (if a minor diamond falls or something happens to the ring), including annual cleaning or maintenance. Please visit terms and conditions for more details.
What is your policy on conflict-free diamonds?
Our customers always receive conflict-free lab grown diamonds.

How do I pay for my order?

How do I receive my order from you?
We ship worldwide with a USPS fully insured and expedited delivery. It usually takes 7-12 days to receive your order.
Is there an option to get the order faster?
In some cases, we can rush your order by request. We always try to deliver the items as soon as possible and pay for the fastest USPS services. In case you need to get a rushed order - please contact us at service@gona.net
Is it a rushed order under the additional price?
It depends. We always try to get the order mailed as quickly as possible; if we need to pay for a rushed service from our subcontractors, we will have to charge an additional price.
Is it safe to ship diamonds?
All shipments are fully insured, and all deliveries require a signature.
How do I know the status of my order?
We are sending updates on the production time every few days. We are always trying to keep you in the loop and update your order status. Once the order is ready, you will get an email with pictures of your ready products. As soon as USPS picks up the package for a quick delivery, you will get another email with your valid tracking #.

How much does it cost to ship my order?
We provide fast, free shipping on all international orders, including the cost of insurance. While the shipping is free, there might be additional tax, VAT, or duties upon your country (for orders outside the USA).
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally, including the United States and Canada.
Is jewelry shipping safe?
Yes, shipments are insured and require a signature. To ensure extra safety, we avoid putting our name or what the package contains in the external box when we hand it to USPS.

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, we do. We know it’s hard to order online, and we would love to e-meet you and show you rings diamonds, and other jewelry pieces. You can schedule a meeting with a click of a button.
Can I see a specific item in the meeting?
We have a wide variety of jewelry in stock, but sometimes, a specific item might need to be included. We can show similar items or the main stone if we don’t have the exact item you are after. In case of special requests, please contact us before the meeting, and we will try to get you the item you wish to see.
Can I special Engrave an item?
Absolutely, offer engraving by request. Please note that engraved items cannot be returned for a full refund.

What are lab grown diamonds?
The only difference between a natural diamond and a lab grown diamond is where it originates. Lab grown diamonds are created in a lab using technology that replicates the process of natural diamond creation.
Is there a difference between Lab-Grown and Earth Mined Diamonds?
There is no difference in appearance between pure grown diamonds and earth mined diamonds since they’re both made of the same physical structure. The “difference” comes down to what you, the consumer, are looking for.
How are lab grown diamonds made?
It begins with a sliver of a natural diamond, called the “seed.” This seed is then placed in a machine that creates ideal conditions. A few weeks later, the seed to grow into a larger diamond that is ready to be refined and placed in jewelry.
Are lab created diamonds flawless?
Since lab grown diamonds are created from a natural diamond, whatever inclusions or flaws that diamond “seed” contains will be duplicated into its lab grown product.
Do Lab-Grown Diamonds have value?
Absolutely! So long as people are buying them, their value keeps increasing. According to experts sales are expected to rise over 30% in 2022 making it one of the fastest-growing gemstones in the industry.
Are Lab-Grown Diamonds Certified?
Yes! Lab-Grown Diamonds are certified just like earth-mined, by Trusted Laboratories like The GIA, AGS, and IGI.
Can I clean lab-grown diamonds?
Like earth-mined diamonds, the cleaning process of lab-grown diamonds is the same and requires no different attention.
Do you offer all metal materials for engagement rings?
We carry only precious metals such as 14k, 18k, and platinum for a precise and professional setting.
Conflict-free diamonds, what are those?
Unfortunately, in today’s world, diamonds and gems are sometimes obtained at the cost of human rights violations, child abuse, or environmental destruction. Conflict-free diamonds are guaranteed to be ethically sourced from suppliers free from these unfortunate practice.
How do I know what I am getting?

What are the GIA certificates?

Just what are the 4Cs of diamonds?
The 4Cs are the universally accepted grading standard the Gemological Institute of America created. Cut, Carat, Color, and Clarity grade every diamond clarity.
Can you explain what an Eye Clean is?
This is a trade-specific term indicating the diamond is clean or free from noticeable inclusions to the unaided eye, face up, from a distance of twelve to fifteen inches. What does the term “cut” mean?

What are enhanced diamonds, and do you sell them?
Diamonds can be enhanced or treated in several ways. The goal generally is to improve clarity and, therefore, its beauty. We do sell treated diamonds. You can and should request a copy of your diamonds’ certification at the time of purchase.
Return and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange it for another item?
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every purchase. You may return your new undamaged item with its original packaging and paperwork (with the ticket on) for a 100% refund within 30 days of delivery. You may exchange the item for another piece of jewelry or another diamond within the same 30-day return time. What is your return policy?

We offer a complimentary resizing for any order. We will take the ring back, size it, and mail it back to you at no charge from your side.

Sure! Get full credit when upgrading within 30 days of purchase, but keep the item and documents in pristine condition.
